Prof David Copland

Professor David Copland is a speech pathologist, Director of the Queensland Aphasia Research Centre at UQ and Co-Director of the STARS Hospital Education and Research Alliance. He has worked for over 25 years in the field of post-stroke aphasia and his research seeks to understand, predict, and promote aphasia recovery. David and his colleagues have developed new intensive comprehensive treatment models for aphasia that have been implemented into practice.
