FUN RUN
Join the Fun Run/Walk and stride with ANZSO this August!
ANZSO is partnering with Stroke Foundation for this year’s Conference Fun Run/Walk on Thursday 20th August 2026.
The course is 5km and starts at the Wheel of Brisbane. On a wonderful Brisbane winter's morning at 7am, take in the sights of the Brisbane river along South Bank. Cross the Goodwill Bridge to the Brisbane Botanic Gardens. Travel through the gardens, including the bamboo grove and see wildlife including Bush Stone curlews and the famed Ibis. At the North East corner of the gardens, take a sharp right and follow the wide path back to the Goodwill Bridge and head back to the Wheel of Brisbane. The course is accessible with a few gentle hills to test the morning legs.
