
Rita Krishnamurthi
Professor Rita Krishnamurthi is a public health researcher and Deputy Director at NISAN, Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand (NZ). She is a co-director of the ARCOS V, an epidemiological study of stroke and TIA, Principal Investigator (PI) of two RCTs evaluating (1) health and wellness coaching and (2) digital technologies in secondary stroke prevention, PI of Adapting Cognitive Stimulation Therapy for Chinese and Indians with mild dementia, NI and Indian stream lead of a Programme for measuring dementia prevalence, and co-creating solutions in NZ. She is a Global Burden of Disease collaborator and board member of the World Stroke Organisation.
