Prof Tim Kleinig

Professor Tim Kleinig is an experienced vascular neurologist, Medical Director for Neuroscience and Rehabilitation in the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, Chair of the SA Stroke Network and past-President of ANZSO. He is active in clinical stroke research across the spectrum of stroke research, from epidemiological stroke research, to acute stroke imaging and treatments, for both intracerebral haemorrhage and ischaemic stroke, to recovery. On a broader level he is committed to expanding optimised stroke treatments to all populations, and building the stroke and stroke research capacity and community in Australia and New Zealand.
